8:00-8:30 am         Drop-off (Martin Stadium)
8:30-9:30 am         Training
9:30-10:00 am      Video/Demonstration
10:00-11:00 am    Training
11:00-12:00 pm    Swimming/Springs Center
12:00 noon              Pick-up (Springs Campus Center)
